Now, we're excited to share an opening for a top-tier Partner Success Specialist. Here’s your chance to drive partner relationships, ensure partner satisfaction, and contribute to the sustainability movement!
📌 Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships ensuring continuous partner satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with partners to understand their business needs and objectives, providing solutions and recommendations.
- Track key account metrics like partner churn and renewals.
- Collaborate with Software Development teams to improve product based on partner feedback.
- Evaluate partner contract performance, seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Resolve complex partner issues in a timely and effective manner.
📝 Requirements and skills:
- Fluent in Hungarian, proficiency in English, with other languages being a significant plus.
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1 years of experience in a partner success, account management, or similar customer-facing role.
- Understanding of web-based software development and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail partnered with a strong commitment to contributing to sustainability.
- Proven ability to work with global teams and multi-language partners.
