We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales Specialist (Hunter) to spearhead new business development, establish client relationships, and drive revenue goals. π―π
π Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Client Acquisition: Establish and grow relationships with potential B2B clients, focusing on their needs to provide custom solutions.
- Deals Negotiation: Utilize a consultative sales approach to negotiate profitable and sustainable deals.
- Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with new products/services and industry performance indicators.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and share insights with the team.
π Requirements and skills:
- Native in Hungarian and fluency in English (both oral and written).
- Proven experience as a B2B Sales Representative or similar sales role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity in Salesforce is a plus.
- Proficient in sales techniques, including negotiation, presentation, and rapport-building skills.
- Ability to meet and surpass sales targets.
- Commitment to customer service and relationship building.
- Proven track record in the FMCG sector, specifically in food or sustainability, with experience in online food marketplaces.
