We are seeking a detail-oriented, negotiation-savvy, and industry-aware Operational Buyer to lead our procurement strategies and supplier relationships to secure the best deals for our company. 📊🚀

📌 Responsibilities:

• Procurement Management: Handle and optimize procurement processes based on the demands and requirements of the company.
• Supplier Relations: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate terms and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Category Analysis: Perform category-specific analysis to drive procurement strategies and make informed buying decisions.
• Data Collection: Collect and analyze procurement data, tracking metrics for effectiveness and making adjustments as necessary.
• Market Trend Analysis: Stay updated on market trends in relation to product pricing and availability.
• Contract Negotiation: Strategize and negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
• Collaboration: Work together with stakeholders across the business to ensure procurement goals are aligned with the company’s needs and expectations.
• Category Management: Develop and execute category-specific strategies to optimize product assortment, drive sales, and improve profitability while ensuring alignment with consumer needs and market trends.

📝Required Skills and Experience:

• Native in Hungarian and fluency in English (both oral and written).
• A minimum of 2+ years experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating contracts and making purchasing decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform data analysis.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
