We're on the lookout for a highly motivated and customer-oriented B2B Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional support to our business partners, championing their needs and ensuring a smooth relationship from day one. ππ
π Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Deliver top-tier support to our B2B partners, addressing their queries and resolving any challenges they face.
- Communication: Communicate effectively and professionally with our partners via email, phone, and other platforms.
- Reporting: Regularly update internal teams on feedback and issues raised by the partners.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal departments to resolve partner issues quickly and efficiently.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report performance statistics and make recommendations based on these results.
- Data Entry: Catalogue and maintain partner records accurately in company databases.
π Requirements and skills:
- Native in Hungarian and fluency in English (both oral and written).
- At least 2 years' experience in a B2B customer service role.
- Solid understanding of customer service techniques and strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to analyze sales and customer satisfaction data.
- Proven track record in the FMCG sector, specifically in food or sustainability, with experience in online food marketplaces.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
