We're on the lookout for a committed and seasoned Key Account Manager to join our team in Bratislava.
π Responsibilities:
- New Partner Acquisition: Actively seek and engage with potential Key Accounts across the country.
- Research: Conduct thorough research on partners, map out key stakeholders, and grasp their decision-making process.
- Account Management: Oversee the implementation of roll-out plans and cater to partners' needs.
- Pitch: Craft and present compelling, professional pitches to prospective partners, confidently advocating for our business and its stance on food waste.
- Business Development: Achieve monthly KPIs, report to the regional leader, and uncover new opportunities.
- Holistic Approach: Collaborate closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to exchange crucial business insights, identifying and addressing challenges.
π Requirements:
- Fluency in Slovak and proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Extensive experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Partner Success Management.
- Exceptional soft skills: adept at listening, questioning, and communicating.
- A top-tier communicator
- Detail-oriented with prior CRM system experience.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and open-minded.
