We are seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth in Košice.

📌 Responsibilities:

• New Partner Acquisition: Proactively research and engage new potential partners, including door-to-door sales to single-unit restaurants, bakeries, and cafes.
• Cold Leads and Hunting: Focus on working with cold leads and hunting as a principal part of the job.
• Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of potential partners, mapping stakeholders, and understanding their decision-making processes.
• Pitch: Deliver compelling presentations to potential partners, confidently discussing our business and the food waste proposition.
• Business Development: Meet monthly KPIs, report to the local leader, and identify new opportunities.
• Holistic Approach: Collaborate closely with the Operations and Marketing teams.

📝 Requirements:

• You are a Slovak native speaker and fluent in English (minimum B2)
• You have strong soft skills: you know when to listen, ask or talk
• You are a first-class communicator
• You’re passionate about the mission, you care about the environment and about food waste
• You are 100% motivated, proactive and open-minded

• You have prior experience with CRM system
