We are looking for a dedicated Junior QA Engineer!

📌 Responsibilities:

• Manual Testing: Perform comprehensive testing of applications between releases, including:
  • Smoke Testing: Ensure basic functionality of the application.
  • Regression Testing: Identify and fix any bugs introduced in the new release.
  • Validation Testing: Verify that the product meets the requirements and specifications.
  • System Testing: Test the complete and integrated software.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Ensure the software is user-friendly and meets the needs of end-users.
• Test Planning and Execution:
  • Create detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases based on business requirements.
  • Execute test cases, analyze results, and report any issues or defects.
• Documentation:
  • Gather and maintain all test cases, function lists, user manuals, and other partner-related documents.
  • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with your teammates in reproducing and debugging issues.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand requirements and provide feedback.
• Reporting: Write test reports to project leadership summarizing testing activities, results, and any issues identified.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of the QA processes and methodologies.
• Test automation:
  • Write automated tests using tools such as Detox and Playwright.
  • Be eager to learn and adapt to new testing tools and technologies if not already experienced.

• Automation: Automate business processes using N8N workflow builder.

📝 Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in university.
• Fluency in Hungarian and English.
• Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, or eagerness to become one
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.
• Experience in manual testing across various types of testing (smoke, regression, validation, system, UAT).
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Detox and Playwright.
• Experience with other automated testing tools and a willingness to learn new ones.
• Knowledge of programming and scripting languages related to automated testing.
